1. Demo on cutting of fresh cactus and raw fresh cactus sample tasting
2. Demo on peeling of fresh aloe vera & cooking preparation
3. Demo on juicing of fresh wheatgrass with manual juicer
4. Hands-on wheatgrass growing activity with a kit for each participant. Participants can bring the kit home to continue the growing of wheatgrass.
